Maxi Sys pro - did update now no bluetooth/ diagnose cars... im at work with a scantool that isnt letting me do my job,,,, help please!!!1

     itd be really nice if autel would publish fresh images of their android tools online ..... this is bull crap

    Hello, are you still using the system program V1.3? Have you updated it to V2.0? Please go to Update to download System Program first. Upgrade to V2.0, first it will erase all your vehicle software and you need to download all the software again. If it still can't work, please send email to support@autel.com.

     it wont update. i dont want it to update. i want my OLD MAXI SYS BACK ---- ORIGINAL FIRMWARE /ANDROID FILES PLEASE
    OR I WANT A FULL REFUND . MY MAXIDAS 708 is out preforming this expensive android tablet.  

    I WANT THE TOOL I ORIGINALLY BOUGHT BACK

     its funny usually as updates come out things get better, NOT WORSE...... 
    please fix this autel. ive been emailing you. i dont have hours to dilly dally with your tech support, send me a device restore what is so hard about this your costing me money i am flat rate.

    Sorry we didn't receive your email. Pleas email to support@autel.com. Please tell us your system version No.? For Version 2.0, there is no such problem. It is strongly suggested you update your tablet to the latest version. Just go to Update to download it.

    Sorry our product can't support to downgrade software.
